Matters needing attention of radial piston motor
① The selection and use of hydraulic working medium shall comply with the requirements of motor manufacturer, and the variety and brand of hydraulic working medium shall be selected. If you choose for yourself, you must be cautious. It is recommended to use mineral hydraulic oil with high quality, wear resistance, foam protection, oxidation resistance and high pressure additives. The hydraulic working medium used for the motor must be clean, and the filtration accuracy shall ensure that the cleanliness of the oil is within nas12 level, and there shall be no solid dirt greater than 25 μ M. The viscosity of the oil should be in the range of 20 ~ 100mm2 / s, the normal working oil temperature is 30 ~ 35 ℃, and the maximum should not exceed 65 ℃.
② Before installation, check whether the motor is in good condition. The oil in the motor that has been stored for a long time needs to be drained and washed to prevent sticking of internal moving parts.
The bracket for installing the motor must have enough rigidity. The installation surface should be flat; the size of connecting flange, end date and output connecting shaft should be accurate.
During the installation, the coaxial line between the transmission shaft connected to the motor and the output shaft of the motor should be ensured; the axial jacking phenomenon between the output shaft and the connecting device should be prevented; the crankshaft connecting rod type hydraulic motor can be installed in any direction. In actual installation, if the motor is equipped with a back pressure relief valve, it should be in the highest position, and the two oil drain ports nearby can be connected with the oil drain pipe, and the rest can be blocked with plugs. In general, users can choose a drain port according to their needs.
It is necessary to make the shaft extension of the motor free from or less subject to radial load as far as possible, so as to obtain a long service life of the motor. Otherwise, the service life of the main bearing of the motor will be reduced to some extent, which will affect the use of the whole motor. The output shaft of ball plug internal curve motor is a structure without bearing support, which can not bear radial force.
In the process of installation, the smoothness and smoothness of the connecting plate of the oil inlet and outlet should be protected to prevent the oil sealing effect from falling due to collision and oil leakage.
The motor can not be forced or twisted to install; do not remove the plastic plug of the motor before installing the hydraulic system pipeline.
③ No matter which installation position is adopted, the highest horizontal position of the drain pipe should be higher than that of the motor (Fig. I), so as to prevent the oil in the motor shell from leaking. The oil drain pipe shall return to the oil tank separately, and it is not allowed to connect the main oil return pipeline. The pressure in the leakage pipe is generally not greater than 0.2MPa. If the inlet and outlet oil pipes of the inner curve motor are installed on the distribution shaft, a section of high-pressure hose should be used to connect them, so as to ensure that the distribution shaft itself is floating in the distribution sleeve and prevent the distribution shaft and the distribution sleeve from being stuck.

④ Before starting for the first time, check whether the motor installation and connection are correct and firm, and whether the system is correct. In order to ensure the lubrication of each moving pair in the motor, the motor shell must be filled with hydraulic oil to prevent burning. If the motor shaft is installed perpendicular to the horizontal direction, in order to ensure that the housing is full of oil, oil should be injected as shown in Figure J.

⑤ Daily use and maintenance should pay attention to that some motors can not operate under pump conditions, let alone be used as pumps. When the motor is running at low speed, it can be eliminated by applying back pressure. The pressure, flow and output power of the motor shall not exceed the specified value.
When using, the back pressure of the main oil return port of the motor must be no less than 0.1MPa.
For the inner curve motor, the purpose of ensuring a certain back pressure is to prevent the roller pair from breaking away from the guide rail and causing impact. Moreover, the back pressure should be increased with the increase of the speed. The specific value of back pressure can be found from the product samples or product instructions provided by the manufacturer.
The function of the fine adjustment mechanism of the inner curve motor is to make the oil distribution in the best working condition and avoid rail knocking. Generally, the fine adjustment mechanism has been adjusted by the manufacturer before leaving the factory. Do not change it without special circumstances.
After the motor runs for a certain period of time, check the oil quality, the tightening degree of screws and nuts, and the filter, etc. During the storage of the motor, the shell should be filled with oil, all oil ports should be sealed, and the surface of the output shaft should be coated with antirust oil.
